Bill Schwyhart

A real estate developer focused on large scale projects in Northwest Arkansas, Bill Schwyhart founded the Pinnacle Group in 2003 where he centered his activities on Pinnacle Hills, an upscale 700-acre green field development. One of his flagship projects, The Pinnacle Hills Promenade, has become the region's premier shopping destination. The Promenade features a 12-screen cinema, seven restaurants, and many retailers including Sephora, Dillard's, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Best Buy.

The Pinnacle Hills development also includes multiple office towers where many Fortune 500 companies have located. It is also home to the Arkansas World Trade Center, Embassy Suites Hotel, John Q. Hammons Convention Center, Cross Church, Mercy Medical Center, a Walmart Neighborhood Market, and more than 10 restaurants.

Mr. Schwyhart's real estate enterprise was been built on a successful two-decades-long career as owner of Hart Motor Company, which held franchises for quality brands spanning BMW, Volkswagen, Buick, GMC, Pontiac, and Hyundai. Hart BMW was consistently recognized by BMW with the prestigious Center of Excellence award.

He attended Chrysler Corporation's Sales and Training Program after acquiring his first dealership in the late 1970s. Coached by Lee Iacocca, he finished first in the Dealership Management Competition. Mr. Schwyhart subsequently completed General Motors University's Dealer Management Program after acquiring a GM dealership in 1982.
